A very limited red vinyl 12-inch four-song live EP from The Saints ’73–’78, capturing the band’s blistering performances at Brisbane’s Princess Theatre in October 2024. Recorded by Derek Bovill and mixed by Branko Cosic (4ZZZ), Live Nights In Venice Vol. 1 delivers two classics from each of the first two Saints albums—(I’m) Stranded and Eternally Yours—sounding as vital and in-your-face as ever. The expanded eight-piece lineup features original members Ed Kuepper (guitar) and Ivor Hay (drums), with Mark Arm (Mudhoney) on vocals, Mick Harvey (Birthday Party/Bad Seeds) on guitar, Peter Oxley (Sunnyboys) on bass, and a three-piece brass section: Eamon Dilworth (trumpet), Julian Wilson (tenor sax), and Mark Spencer (baritone sax).
